Can a post stay lit up as a new post until you read it or clear that you have read it.I come here to read new post lit up and if for some reason my computer is having a brain fart and wants to shut down when i come back to the site nothing is lit new post so i don't know what the heck i read and what i didn't.

Well, if you're visiting daily, there is a "today's posts" search option under the quicklinks in the top bar. That will show you all the posts made in the last 24 hours....
